Spa Day Consultation is the first step to creating a beautifully customized mobile wellness experience with Black Ginger Studio. Designed for intimate gatherings and meaningful celebrations, Spa Day brings beauty and relaxation directly to the host’s preferred location. Perfect for Bachelorette Parties, Ladies Night In, birthdays, or Just Because gatherings, this consultation allows us to thoughtfully design an experience that complements the event you’re already hosting. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, guest count, location, and timing, then curate the ideal blend of beauty and/or wellness offerings to fit seamlessly into your day. As a thank you, the host will receive a special gift, and curated gift bags for guests may be available upon request. Every Spa Day is intentional, personal, and designed to create a moment of calm, connection, and care.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
