BLACK GINGER STUDIO POLICIES

At Black Ginger Studio, our policies are rooted in mindfulness, respect, and harmony. Each guideline helps create a peaceful, safe, and professional environment for every client experience. Please take a moment to review these policies before booking — your cooperation helps us maintain the serenity and standard of care you deserve.

CLIENT PROBATION POLICY

At Black Ginger Studio, we value mindfulness, respect, and reciprocity in every client relationship. Our intention is to provide each client with a peaceful, reliable, and high-quality experience. To maintain this standard of care, we have established the following Client Probation Policy.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients who cancel or do not attend three (3) consecutive scheduled appointments without proper notice will be placed on Client Probation for a period of six (6) months.
This policy applies to all scheduled services under Black Ginger Studio, including Mindless Massage, A Zen Atmosphere, Private Yoga Sessions, and other appointment-based offerings.

During the Probationary Period

While on probation, clients will be temporarily restricted from:

  • Booking or receiving any paid services through Black Ginger Studio.

Clients will, however, continue to have full access to:

  • Complimentary educational resources.

  • Virtual content such as breathwork, wellness videos, and community events designed to support ongoing self-care and growth.

Reinstatement Process

After the six-month probationary period, clients may request reinstatement by scheduling a Harmony Consultation.
This session allows us to:

  • Revisit your current self-care goals and intentions.

  • Assess compatibility and alignment with your desired services.

  • Determine readiness to re-engage with Black Ginger Studio’s service offerings.

Upon completion and approval of the Harmony Consultation, clients may become eligible to resume booking services.

Our Intention

This policy is rooted in respect — for your time, for the time of your practitioner, and for the community of clients we serve. Consistency and communication are key to maintaining the tranquil, intentional environment that defines the Black Ginger Studio experience.

SOLO APPOINTMENT POLICY

To maintain a peaceful, safe, and focused environment for all guests, clients must attend their appointments alone. Please do not bring friends, children, or pets to any in-person appointments, studio sessions, or events unless you have received a specific invitation from Black Ginger Studio stating otherwise.

This policy ensures that every guest receives the full, uninterrupted attention and care they deserve during their experience. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
