Referrals Only: To maintain a trusted community, new clients may be approved exclusively by referral from existing clients. ALL NEW CLIENTS must complete A Virtual Harmony Consultation to allow our service providers to prepare according to your goals.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
